1. This is for commission only. No trade. No request.
2. Put all your stuff in one topic, ideally. Bump your old topic if needed. No need to keep more than one topic active.
3. Remove or edit your old topic if they are no longer needed. Stating [Completed] in the topic will do.

You can ask question here if you like, rules are always in development.

For a real time experiment on talking to artist, we have a dedicated artist server here:

Servername: Eka's Portal (offical) (New in 2026 Apr!)

Purpose: For Creator, artists, writers, voice actors, game developers, animators, and media consumers, socializing, promotions, are cool too. Not for Roleplay.

Summary: "Welcome to the Eka's Portal!, [@username]! We're an 18+ hub for Eka's Portal fans and creators. Please make sure to check out #faq to get access, and drop by #🎭│roles to set up your profile. Enjoy your stay!"

3. ALWAYS ask for half payment upfront before you do any work at all.
4. NEVER send the final artwork until you have received the final payment.
5. Check #blacklist for information on scam-related activity in an artist's focus Discord server on this thread.

Common scams:
"I'll pay you later."
"I sent the money through PayPal, must be something on your end"
"I sent you extra, can you return some of it" (the initial money they sent is fake, it will get reverted and you will lose any money you sent them)
"I love your art can I have permission to use your work I will give you credit" (Then they most likely will insist on paying you, but will overpay or whatever other excuse and try to get you to return some money)
Chargebacks
etc
BE EXTRA CAREFUL with a non-solicited approach. Scammers tend to be active and pushy. Trying to get you to use a communication method this site can't track like e-mail or Discord or anything else.

Generally speaking, as long as you don't send them money or give them free work, there is little they can do to you.

Commissioner recommendation before paying for commission:

1. ALWAYS check the artist's reputation, if they have none, or with a new account, they can always disappear on you.

When encountering a suspect:

The most important is to report them. Using the report button on their Private message is the easiest. Though a screenshot of details sent directly to my PM here works as well.

If you have other questions, feel free to PM me here directly.
