How to find us! (Updated with new location (Yet again)!)
You can find us with this link:
http://slurl.com/secondlife/Erebus/186/188/22
or by using the map locate Erebus 186, 188, 22, and hit teleport.
Once in otter valley, you'll find yourself at the teleport hub for the sim. If you used the link above, a landmark, or entered the right co-ordinates on the map, you should see a towering red beacon, head towards it. On the ground next to the beacon is the entrance to a cave of sorts, right click on it and select enter.

I typed in the location and it said that the area was down or something like that.

Re:
Sometimes regions get rebooted, actually there's no "sometimes" about it, rolling reboots are almost commonplace if you ask me. It's an important part of the Lindens' maintainance work however so one must live with it.
If that happens, just try again in a few minutes, chances are the sim is rebooting.

I found the cave, but when I tried to go inside, I was trapped in the sky and couldn't move.

You need to be patient with it sometimes, lag can make it take a while to actually get you in there, annoyingly x.x;;;

Secondlife may be having trouble with teleports (yet again).
Try clicking on the link while secondlife isn't running to have it log you in there.
That latter part worked. By the way, shouldn't you get rid of that landmark thing in the starter pack? I see no use to it since I can't get to the vore island thing from the location the landmark takes you to.
Ah, that was an error on our part. It hadn't been updated since we last moved.
I've fixed that now, so the landmark points to the right place.

Can't get to the region. It's constantly unavailable.

Are you age verified?
As the region is marked as adult, unless you're verified and have your settings configured to allow you to see adult content, it won't let you in.
