I know the person who put the bounty, it was already fulfilled, he is waiting to see if bankokudo will really release his last book for digital purchase, in about a month if nothing appear, he should upload that.

if you wanna buy it, I think bankokudo said something about it being sold at c92, but it most likely won't be sold through internet again. There are stuff like online auditions as well, but I don't know how these work

Where can you buy things like this? Do you know of any good places to get these kinds of books? There are a lot of artists creating art here that I would pay good money for, but so far I haven't been able to get a hold of any because they are either only available for a brief moment in Japan or nowhere at all.
