I like to record my own sounds (I have a pretty good microphone). I have some videos with sound in my gallery, if you want to use them to get the sounds.
Writing a vore novel. Check out an excerpt over in work to be shared!

With creative slider use you can probably make a lot of different internal noises.
You can use Windows sound recorder to record out the audio as a .wav file.
