The game itself has 6 and a half level right now, plus an optional level that is pretty short. The early levels only take about a half hour to grind and get to a good enough level to beat them. Things start to get harder and longer around the 3rd level on. The normal enemies get some nasty attacks and tend to take a member out of the fight every so often. Things are fairly straight forward till about the 5th level (the desert level). Here it gets much more complicated and the encounter rate is pretty bad. Fortunately there are usually teleports out or refill stations to make your grinding less of a hassle. You should always buy all the spells and equipment before really getting into the level too much as equips make the most difference for your money. Afterwords you should buy grid upgrades with your spare money as these take effect immediately and can help a fair bit. Early on you can't get very far in the grid, but later on some tough enemies may drop an item to unlock more of the grid. Overall the mechaics are fairly standard, but you can customize your character a little and there is even a half implemented class change in the last update. Overall it will probably take someone about 7 to maybe 10 hours to get through to the current end of the build.
Each update tends to add an entire level including a boss. This past update was a half level but there is going to be another around the end of the month/beginning of next month to complete the 7th level. The levels have gotten progressively longer and harder each update. The current one includes a draining water puzzle in the palace sewers, which isn't too bad but the one before that was the ice cave level which was horrible. Dark caves you can't see around in and auto slide tiles mixed with a high encounter rate made me rage fairly hard until I got the light ability. It also requires you to use a special item that you'll probably want to read or have someone explain, though I'll spare the details on that for now.
As far as vore content goes it has some, but all of the situations are macro/micro, and there isn't as much as it would seem. All bosses have at least one scene with later bosses having a variation depending on what attack kills you or where you died. Sometimes special enemies have game overs as well, but only a couple areas have special enemies that have unique game overs outside bosses. Most normal enemies do not have any game over content, they just steal some money from you and you start back in the central hub area. I've played it up till the very end and I can list the vore scenes I've seen.
1. The fairy boss has an ending where they have you hanging on a rope and pass you between them while kissing. I'm not sure if it ends in vore though as I've only seen it once and kind of rushed through it.
2. The fourth boss has two forms if you fight her without finding her sex toy and giving it to a certain NPC she will UB and there isn't a whole lot you can do to stop her, though she can be taken down here, maybe.
3a. The sixth level has two vore moments and are the best in the game so far, its too bad the level blows complete ass, even the boss, literally. The first vore scene is from the special submerged snow girls. You'll hear them coming though it is hard to see the flying snow effect to tell where they are. They are hard, but have excellent drops and they respawn. If you can beat them, grind them. They also have an oral vore scene and will randomly swipe and eat a character. You have a small window to make them spit them out but if you don't you'll have to beat them before they swipe another character.
3b. The boss is a giant loli chick that will grab you and stuff your entire team up her ass. Once in there you will have to destroy her buttplug to escape. If you don't have the light spell you will hit randomly and her colon walls take no damage. Upon escaping you will have an opportunity to hit her while she builds up a fart attack. The attack hurts and you get some visual ques as her facial expression changes and her pucker tightens up, so defend it. After the massive fart, she'll start stuffing you back in one by one. You'll go through three cycles of this. If you can't beat her in three the next time she stuffs you inside it is impossible to escape as she just clenches shut and her sphincter takes no damage. If your killed inside she has an ending where she entraps you. If you die outside she takes your party stuffs them inside one by one and then proceeds to fart you out into the snow where she buries you.
4. The seventh area boss stuffs you in here nipples and then puts pasties on to prevent your escape. It looks like the second part of level seven will have an enemy maid that has a vacuum hose shoved up her ass and one can guess where that will lead.
All-in-all if you just want to throw five bucks at it every other update or so its worth your money.
Edit: I would like to add that the game has a lot of unused map areas. The art and events seem to be the last thing made, but there are a metric ton of maps half done. This could turn out to a pretty long game if all of it gets used.
