Still around on both Emerald Dream and Moon Guard. While I am currently more occupied right now, I would gladly RP with you once I am no longer. You could also try joining the Blizzard Aryion group too.
Most people in the group are on Moon Guard though.

How would one join either this group or the Aryion one? Trying to level a character on Moonguard and some RP might be fun when burned out from that.

I've been on the fence about getting into WoW as of late, My main concern being that I don't have many people to play with. Is this Still a thing that's very much active?

Hard to say, why some of us are almost always connected and would be able to play with you, we don't chat a lot and the vore rp related to it is rare to see. Some people have been planned to try to make it more active on that side, but it seems to have not worked well.
