Don't dragons also have to shit and don't snakes have to excrete the bones from the digested ones?

And wouldn't dragons (e.g. Komodo dragons) shit after the Vore?

Why is that always missing in the animations?

Yes. Their digestion is quite efficient; they don't excrete much, and about all that is undigested might be hair or a fingernail.

Of course, almost any critter that can swallow bone can digest it. If they couldn't they'd likely get a very painful if not fatal bowel blockage.

In addition to what's already been said about snakes, I read somewhere that komodo dragons aren't efficient at digesting bone, and most of the bones of prey they swallow whole are vomited back up in a mass with other indigestibles like fur. However, they still poop. Same is true of owls, despite what that one children's book claims.
