Well the full title is actually Lillian’s Adventure -The Sage’s Tower and the Great Cave Labyrinth-, but it was too long for the thread title.
Anyway, this is actually another game being made by the same developer that did the Demon Angel Sakura games. This time, they're having a female protagonist, and the style is changing to a kind of metroidvania game. There's a demo you can try that came out today. You can find it on their site or on the DLsite, where it was announced today as well. It is slated to come out at the end of this month, August.

There's a short preview video on both sites, but their blog has a few more pictures you can see.

In the demo right now, there's 4 enemies that all have their own animations if you lose to them. And the fetishes that are available (and will probably be expanded on in the full game) are vore, ryona, and yuri. You can interact with a couple defeated enemies for more scenes, but one is a full fledged one while the other I think restores your MP.

As of the demo, no. But if their last games are anything to go by, then most likely not. It was all one sided. Nearly everything here is as well, save for two scenes.

If you interact with a defeated bat, you'll grab it and start to suck it off. If you interact with a defeated wolfman, you'll start a scene where you give it a hand/blowjob.

I just found out she does have a scene, but it's a watersports scene. Instead of repeatedly choosing not to buy things like the last games, you have to talk to her multiple times.

I tried downloading the demo both of the download links on the blog and the one on DLsite and even though they claim to have fixed the text speed issue, the text still scrolls incredibly slow for me. Does anyone know why that could be or how I could fix it?

One player prey scene with the wolfman; M/F and some blood sprites pop up but it's not that obtrusive.

Seems completely broken to me for whatever reason.
The game softlocks when I try to enter doors, I can't talk to anyone or interact with anything except for defeated bats...

Edit: Okay, seems to work properly when I started the game with Japanese locale, didn't think that would be necessary given that the game is in fucking English...

You have to use AppLocale or actually change your computer to Japanese locale, not just change to Japanese in-game.

There's no english page for this game sadly. So unless the DLSite account merge is complete, you can't buy this game with a DLSite English account. I'm not going to bother navigating through all the Japanese text either, so I probably wouldn't be able to buy anyway.

You don't have to know a lick of Japanese to navigate the Japanese page with absolutely no problem, the Google Chrome translates it well enough for me to have bought stuff off of the DLsite Japanese side for decades now. Too easy, even for a lazy bum like me.

To add to the JP DLSite navigation, if you use the English side as a reference, all the buttons are pretty much in the same place. Added with google translate, you should be fine. Payment methods permitting.
