Tales from the Engisphere is a return to roots for myself, where once upon a time it was the first type of vore content I produced. Now, with all the skills and knowledge I've accrued over time, no more games, it's time for a true and fully realized interactive. Tales from the Engisphere is an interactive story, where you as the player are given the chance to live the life of normal people, put into the most extraordinary of circumstances. Try to weave through the scenario to see your avatar make it out safe and sound, or read over and over again the many digestive enzyme filled fates in store for them! While prior attempts at interactives have fallen flat, this version, at the cost of being hosted on Eka's Portal directly, makes use of many features sure to make your reading experience an entertaining and enjoyable one!
SOME OF THE FEATURES YOU CAN EXPECT!
> Endings and Vore Scene's Gallery
Sometimes you find a particular ending that tickles your fancy, that specifically caters to your tastes and whims, but when you come to return to it later, you have to go through the pathway to receive that ending all over again. Tedium felt by many an individual, yet in Tales of the Engisphere, whenever you reach a specific ending, it will become permanently unlocked in the Endings and Vore Scene's menu, allowing you to return to that particular ending whenever you please! The menu can be accessed at any time and is specifically designed to never impede your progress. Pop in, read your favorite ending, and get back into the adventure, all at your convenience!
> Content tagging to better suit preferences
Not everyone has the same kinks as everyone else. Some people may prefer to exclusively look at F/F Oral vore content, and that is valid. Some people might only want to look at M/F cock vore, and that too is valid. No matter your preference on the spectrum, at the start of the interactive, and throughout you can select types of content you either wish to be warned about or have blocked as you explore through the narrative maze. Only view what you want to view on your adventure! (Note, this does not transform the present content, only block/warn,)
> Meaningful choices that impact the story
Many interactives use systems that link choices with additional pages, making lasting impact in choices difficult without branching out exponentially, which rarely occurs due to the sheer workload, but as this project is made using Twine, each choice can, and hopefully in most cases, will have a lasting impact on how the story plays out. Maybe you scorn the one person you need to save you, maybe you eat a character that makes reaching the true ending impossible. Whatever the case, every choice matters....
> Bonus content for those interested in it
Sometimes, you want to know the specifics of a world or setting, a desire to understand the circumstances you've been put into better. With options such as the Engisphere almanac, you can read up on how Countries, People, Organisations, and even events have changed in a world where swallowing your fellow human whole is far less a fantasy, and much more a reality.
> Cohesion with other content present in the Engisphere
People, even those considered normal have a place in the Engisphere, so don't be surprised if, in stories and other media, you see some playable protagonists pop up now and again! Of course, you'll have to make sure they get through whatever it is they need to do first, maybe with a few digestive failures on the way!
Hopefully, the many stories eventually weaved throughout the interactive are an entertaining and enjoyable way of experiencing some vore shenanigans!

The mythical world of Barasea. Its own existence mostly mundane, a world of fantastic creatures and dabbles into the arcane, like any fantasy realm. The world generic and droll, bar one little fact. It's inhabitants' ability and desire to devour the living whole. Humans, Beasts, and all in between, all attempting to consume each other.
Despite having the most generic title in existence, Hunger Quest is my personal take on an RPG focused around vore. It's no secret by this point the term "RPG Maker vore game" has been bandied around a lot. It lends a certain image and idea, however, the goal with this project is to create a premier RPG experience with vore not just as a bonus, but instead a core theme of the gameplay. While many RPG maker games can be simple in the way they're presented, I hope through hard work and dedication, I can provide an experience that is both my own, yet enjoyable for everyone!
Please note I do not want to disparage any RPG creators out there with these words, there are multiple excellent games available for those interested
SOME OF THE FEATURES YOU CAN EXPECT!
> Character-based story and overall schenanigans
Saving the world from a prime evil as the hero of legend. It's a story many people know, and many more create. Yet for this adventure, sometimes just exploring, having fun, and characters that be themselves is all you need. Witness the tale of both Helena, a simple, adopted farmhand dreaming of adventure with maybe some, "benefits" on the side and the knight Elias, a knight quickly disgraced, forced to tag along. Will the two become friends or more, will they eat each other, or will they just complain to each other so much their heads explode. That's why you need to play the game!
> Wider variety and options
With both a male and female protagonist at the helm, your options are open as you explore the world, your foes disappearing down the soft lips of a woman, or, whatever the proper descriptor is for male lips. With male and female foes alike, many a situation can occur on the vast land of Barasea, meaning many a different scenario may grace you, by your choosing or not. To help with this, content varieties can be enabled and disabled from the options menu, allowing for a variety of scenes for those who want it, while those that like more specific content can get access to specifically what they want!
> Vore incorporated into gameplay more thoroughly
It's no secret that vore scene's in any game incorporating the fetish generally use it as a win or loss condition. You devour those that you defeat, you are devoured by those that defeat you. A simple effective way to get to the end goal of incorporating vore into an interactive experience. But not here. Use your stomach... stomachs? Use your stomachs to devour and defeat foes, with stomach acids potent at dealing missing health damage, making them effective to hit that delicious final blow. Be careful, the more you eat however, the more full your stomach, hard to dodge attacks with live prey! Though, I wonder what these little blue things are...
> Accessibility options galore
Look, sometimes you boot up a vore game and all you want to do is just get to the vore scenes lickety-split. Be that where you end up the prey or the pred doesn't matter, for both parties have options. For prey hopefuls, a special medication is hidden away at the start of your journey, some superpower potion or something, just use it in a pinch . For those just wanting to gobble up as many as possible, it is possible to activate a developer cheats menu, allowing you to access handy tools like invincibility, max level, and infinite money so you can skim all your way to predatory glory. The game also provides autosave to make sure that no matter how you play the game, it's never going to be a chore to get where you want to go.
> A balanced thought out experience to test your skill
Once more, I wish not to discredit other game creators here on the portal, game balance is hard as all sin, hundreds to even thousands of factors exist, many experiences ending up as either guided tours or nightmarish labyrinths to toil through. I won't be perfect at this either, I have no training on game design, merely my own time playing games to help, but I want to try and create a legitimately challenging RPG without making it balls to the wall difficult. More or less, expect balance changes!
> A visually modern and clean package
HD Resolution, Visual options including a full-screen option, Stylistic cuts for dialogue and the marriage of both in-game scenes and dedicated art pieces (In the future hopefully maybe who knows depends on money honestly) to create hopefully one of the more visually pleasing experiences that RPG maker has to offer! Combined with multiple additional functions, hopefully, the process of playing through Hunger Quest is smooth enough to not distract from the true draw!
Still not convinced, check out some screenshots to hopefully reassure you!
