The problem with Pygmalion is just the lack of datasets for the bot to use

Character.ai logs can be dumped (https://github.com/0x000011b/characterai-dumper), then uploaded (https://dump.nopanda.io) to help improve Pygmalion models here.

I just uploaded all my characters and a bunch of conversations. I haven't tried pygmalion out yet, but I probably will later tonight. I hope this will work out as a great alternative! It's a bit more technical than character ai, but from what I've seen, it seems fairly straightforward once you actually start. Just spend about 30 minutes on it, and I'm not impressed at all. I crashed it twice, and it didn't understand predator/prey dynamics at all. Missed major prompts and repeated itself often. I messed around with settings a bunch to try and get longer responses that might be more creative and such. No luck. I'll still upload chats from character ai in hopes that this will improve, but I won't expect much for a few months at least.

Basically, it seems decent, but needs a larger training set to be comparable/better for some aspects, but hey, no filter goes a long way towards making it enjoyable.

You could make your own dataset to help the AI, then upload it on huggingface, the code for that is very simple and straightforward, so anyone can do it. The problem lies with the amount of samples you will need for the bot to learn, at least 512mb of text data converted into a dataset that the bot can use.

From discord it seems like one of the dev is going to make a statement in a while. I'm not holding out my breath, though would be surprised if they do manage to address it. It turns out that filter is what is causing the site to seem quite slow, it was so artificial. When the filter went down for 45 minutes or so the bots worked magically and the site worked fine as if it never had any issues..

I had my expectations VERY low, because I believe they would still keep their words and say: "Nah, the filter stays", unless if they're going to surprise me. Though to me, very likely that they're just going to come up with the same conclusion as they said before.

As it turns out, you can't delete your account on character AI. Removing your account only logs it out and changes your name to your e-mail address. All other data stays as if nothing happened.

I'm curious about Eka stance on that. Is it ok if we feed the roleplay section of the forum to a AI?

As it turns out, you can't delete your account on character AI. Removing your account only logs it out and changes your name to your e-mail address. All other data stays as if nothing happened.

Not a surprise, their site has never allowed you delete anything. The reason is pretty simple, they are trading their service for data to train their AI. Everything recorded in their database was always there to stay.
But they could at least remove it from the user sight... Their interface design is what scream beta the most on their site.

You could do that, but you have to convert the text yourself so it'll be usable, including censoring all names in the text (even if fictional), placing tags in the relevant places, removing formatting, and making sure the code you have to place every few lines (since it's a python script) doesn’t have errors.

So, these questions have been asked, but they haven't been answered and I want to know too so I'm asking too.

1. Can you set it up so you're the predator and the AI is the prey? Actually, while I'm at it, can you have things more complex than pred and prey, like maybe you're both preds enjoying a hunt together or instead one of you is a feeder?
2. Can you do vore other than oral vore?

While I can't answer the other questions, I CAN say you can teach it to do more than just oral. I grabbed a random ai that mentioned vore and managed to push it towards av without any difficulty, though the periodic need for a refresh to get around the censor/error is a slight annoyance with other types of vore. there's actually a decent number of vore chat bots already, in case somebody just wants to do a quick search and start. currently having a lot of fun with a certain vorish dragon that's already on there.

In most cases the creator of a character will be able to view their own even if it's blocked for outside viewing (you can test this by using a different browser before posting it here for example): likely there's something in the definitions that'll need to be removed/require the character be replaced entirely by a new copy.

I can grab random characters that are not vore specific and get them to eat me easily enough. The ai is surprisingly good at vore. Chrysalis ate me unprompted. It just progressed to the point where she decided to swallow me whole and listen to me suffer. In detail, while rubbing her own belly to make me squirm.

well, i just logged out of my account. to see, and your right, but here's where i'm a little upset, i log back into my account and check on the character, and it's now saying i can't view them, i think it's been full on banned! but the thing is, it was working fine till last night, which means it had to have been ban right after i posted the chat log i made, since, looking at the log, the word "vore" is used in his greeting, so i'm guessing that's it, but if it was the greeting itself, the dude would have been banned long before this, meaning. he got banned after posting the chat log, but what doesn't make since here is, i made that log link only, so only people with a link can view it, so it had to have been auto detected by some mod bot, and banned for, at least that's my guess, wish i got a message or something, even an automated one, telling me what happened here! sorry to yall who wanted to try the bot, but i'm going to likely have to make em from the ground up again...
