World description and possible open roleplay idea

Hello all, it's a new year and it has been since last April since I wrote something in my blog so I decided to use this as a chance to give a description the world that my persona, Sable Crosshairs, lives in and also at the end, I'll talk about a little idea I've been having concerning that world and my characters. Now I know I don't have that many watchers, I think I got all of five I think, which to be fair I don't upload a whole lot, I mainly do rps most of the time.

Alright, now for the world description and I'll probably put this up in the RP section of my gallery for future reference.

The world itself is set in the year 3233 (that tends to change from time to time because I can never remember the number.), it's in our timeline but obviously way in the future. The landscape of this world is a dessert wasteland, the result of a great power struggle between humans and humanoid animals called naturals years before known as the Great War, and dotted throughout this wasteland are several towns and cities, some more well off than others and not a one is closer than one hundred miles from each other except for three, which are within thirty miles of each other, and are the cities most of my characters are from including Sable. They are known as the three Dels, DelMire, DelKia, and DelMane and if you drew a line between them, it would form an upside down triangle with DelMire and DelKia at the top corners and DelMane at the bottom tip.

These three cities are very unique to the wasteland because they are the only cities to be fully restored after the Great War and are the only ones known so far to be pre-war cites, all the rest were destroyed and never rebuilt, all the rest were formed either during or after the war and because of the rebuilds, the Dels are also known as the jewels of the wastelands. There are rumors that there is something in the middle of the space between the cities, but no one knows what it is or if it really exists, nobody goes out in the dessert unless they're crazy or on the run for some reason because of the extreme weather and mysterious creatures that roam beyond city limits.

The cities themselves are unique too in their own right, DelMire is a city with a population of nothing but an artificial human-animal species called hybrids. During the war, there was a group of humans that supported the naturals and wanted to become more like them, so they developed technology to have their DNA spliced with animal DNA and made it to where it would be hereditary so the animal genes could be passed on. There was one thing that they could figure out about the splicing, there was always a small patch of skin on their chest that could never be covered, no matter what animal the person was half of. Unlike the other two cities, DelMire has a commutative religion, all the hybrids worship a huge, mythical gold dragon from where the city got its name and that one day, he will come and save them from the humans. On the edges of the city are large farms that grow crops and raise cattle, as in human cattle, because like naturals, hybrids are very carnivorous with very few herbivores, and humans are the only meat in Delmire plentiful enough to eat.

DelKia is the exact opposite of its sister city Delmire, it is a city of humans, repopulated shortly after the war, the humans rebuilding it using the spoils of their "victory". The city itself is rule by politics and absolute law, with the smallest of crime given a hefty fine, if not jail sentence and under no condition are hybrids allowed within city limits, and if any are found in the city, they are to be shot on site and anyone associated with them are severely punished. Everyone is about order and the statuesque and anyone who is not is seen as odd and out of place, and are treated as such.

DelMane is the most unique of the three, because unlike the other two where it's one or the other, DelMane is a mix of both humans and hybrids that live somewhat well together and because of this, it is looked down upon by the other two cities. The cultures are mixed also, there are farms on the outer edge but they have more than just human livestock and there is law and order, though it is not as strict like in DelKia. Also unlike DelMire and DelKia, DelMane is not a very wealthy city, sure it has rich, poor, and in between, but the city itself just doesn't have as much grandeur as the other two. There is a third demographic Delmane has that the others don't, and that's the mechians, androids and cyborgs that have developed throughout the city. Androids were developed during the war by humans as an expendable solider, but now have AI smart enough to be considered a "people", cyborgs came along when people thought that being human wasn't enough and becoming a hybrid didn't cut it or wasn't enough.

The Dels do have a lot in common though despite their differences, they're technologically advanced, little to no pollution and decease, and also, there are no naturals in any of the three cities. Naturals were all wiped out during the Great War when humans hunted them down and killed them to decrease hybrid moral since they looked up to them so much, after that, it became a war between humans and hybrid that ended in a stalemate. Nobody knows when or where the naturals came from or even why the war started in the first place, hybrids say it was because humans were afraid of the naturals and what they could do, humans say it was because the naturals were trying to seize power over them and had to be stopped. Nether the less, it was a bloody war and no one was the clear winner and maybe no one will ever know the truth.

Okay, now that that is mostly out of the way, I can talk about the second part of my post, recently I have been trying to rp on the public forums but cannot seem to find a rp I am satisfied with, even though one did turn into a pm rp partner that I am enjoying very much. So I am considering opening up my world for the open forum and have a little story going and maybe have people have little side things that are affected somehow by the main story. This is just an idea though and hasn't been thought through yet because I don't know if people would want to do it or not. So if you watch me or are just random passerby that sees this and are interested to know more, feel free to comment on this post, pm me, or even shout at me and I will be more than happy to fill you in and if you want to help me planning this out and setting it up on the public forum, I will graciously accept for this will be my first time starting and rp there.
