Still struggling with my PC

So far I got all my parts checked except the CPU.
Bought new SSD for C: driver, new RAM card.

And I found that the pins on the connection between motherboard and CPU were bent. Quite a lot of them. :D
Luckily the warranty is still left, so that they just gave me a new one! What a cool guys.

Got my graphic card checked, and there's no problem.

All the power cables checked, no problem either.

I might have to get CPU checked too at some point, though I don't think it's the problem this time.

But like I said, I'm still struggling Yay!

I found that the random shutting down happens more often as the installed windows gets older.
like, it starts to happen about a week later since I re-installed the windows OS.
If I then re-install it again, another week later it happens and so on.

Now I think it's some sorta windows update crash against the Skylake platform.
Since I'm using Windows 7 on them.
They are known as bad adaptation for each others.

So I'm monitoring my PC without any updates. (after the service pack 1)

Also randomly my external audio interface stopped working yay! :gulp: :gulp: :gulp:

That's a weird looking mouse. What is it used for?

Somebody gave me it years ago lol
It's quite uncomfortable except I don't have to move my mouse around.
Using the red ball to move the point.

So I use it just when my desk is way too much messy, like apparently bolts and parts etc on the desk.

Im suprised you're still using W7, if I havent forgotten, Intel made a public annoucement that they'd reserve their parts for W10(6000+) so it would force people to get W10. If the shutdowns are still happening, check the psu like always. tbh, considering all these issues, I would actually check the motherboard if there are any issues, some micro components may fail and that will chain in with other failing components as well as power delivery to other parts. Its often overlooked but it is a possible issue.

As much as I loved Win7, I swear there's a conspiracy among the hardware and software vendors to force the upgrade. I went to 10 last year and the only thing I miss is the custom Windows Loading logo I no longer have (it was Luna waking up and pronking happily)-- partly because the SSD is so much faster than a hd there's no time for a logo to animate much and partly because no one's been able to find where the logo is hidden so it can be edited.

I haven't seen a mouse like that in a couple decades. I feel the pain here though. It's a constant struggle to keep things running.

Yeah.. since the motherboards often die dragging other parts as well.. lol
But So far it's working kinda fine without Window's 7 updates apparently.
So now I started to believe that it's because of the OS crash >~<
