Weekly Update 12/28/2019

I got the dill dip and stuff for the veggie plate and made it and took it in with me for our last 2nd shift bash potluck. Work only lasted so long as we hit and exceeded attainment quickly. Tried to give a co-worker my number but she said she's way older than she looks I guess. I drove mostly all day to my dads in pennsylvania. His cat is rather defensive and territorial and clawed me. He would pursue me even if I would try to escape to claw at me and growl and hiss. I read later on that that's not what I should do with a pursuing cat. I used Dad's treadmill and I overheated it after over ten minutes. Pretty good workout for the time it lasted. 6mph. Still Tucker is not my friend most of the time so had to be put into the basement. It is only when I cross paths with him he gets hissy and spitty. Visited with Grandma Nancy and worked on Dad and Mom's laptop. I went into visit Grandma Betty and went to the funeral parlor for my great uncle. I don't honestly keep in touch with much of my extended school family. To be honest, this doesn't make up for missing my grandpap jack's funeral but it is better than nothing I want to tell myself. One of the youngest of my great uncles looks so much like my Grandpap jack. I immediately knew he was. The evening was pretty quiet otherwise. I visited with my Aunt Jane and Uncle Joe and Cousin Aaron. Her cat's very not very sociable but I tally it as a 1-2 for cat's that don't want to attack me. Ha ha. I was falling asleep as much as my grandma was. It's always very comfy there. I went to Laura's. Her new kittens were rambuncious but curious and more sociable so 1-4 for cat's that don't want to attack me. Errr... yeah. Anyways, she had a bunch of folks over with Dad dave and my aunt's on that side. Had some surf and turf. King crab and steak. Lots of King crab. Very good. Then the next day, christmas get together and pulled pork and a bunch of stuff. We finished up the king crab. I went to lunch with my dad dave and laura's mom and step-dad. That was awesome. I think I'll take up their offer to visit them in hawaii someday in the future for a vacation. Visited my uncle terry. Wow, he redid his kitchen and it looks amazing. Good to see him too. Too bad I wasn't able to stay very long. I went back to Grandma Bets and my uncle was visiting. We mostly spent a quiet evening watching TV. The next day my uncle joe came back over as did Jane. Then Kathy brought over my cousin's kids. I didn't think I'd get on but I took the younger one and sat him on my lap randomly and her sister wanted to join and got a nice picture of them with me. I went back out to Dad's in the afternoon and hooked up the router I got them. I wasn't able to get netflix working to download but at least they got a functioning laptop updated to windows 10.
