Hello, more simplified blogging system! Time to find out what you can do. It's been a while since I did one of these and I'm kind of tired of the last update being from the event I ran 3 months ago. So here's a new one about the event I'm supposed to be working on! I did 2 of the 12 (+ 4 special) requests so far, a long cry from my goal of having them all already done by now... The start of the new decade has been a bit chaotic for me, and I've been struck by my old summer foe:
extreme lack of motivation. Really bad timing on that, trust me, I know. I'm hoping to get back on track this weekend. I already started writing the third request (for
Dos) before I really got hit by the lack of motivation, but that's stalled for a bit. I also wrote most of a story for the
A Tribute to Melee event that ran in
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate a while back, but then I stalled on that too. Hopefully, I can get myself back on track this weekend and start pumping out these awesome ideas you all sent me! That's all for now.

well if it's motivation you need here's a fun trick. Take all your Zelda porn, put it all on an external hard drive, and put a large magnet near it, and set a quota. If you don't meet the quota one day, move the magnet closer to the hard drive.

See, in this case I'm not sure that would work because right now I have no thirst. That's usually the problem when I lack motivation... Also my external HDD is already broken and I store most of my stuff in the cloud for peace of mind...

You may have to fight many hard bosses on your path. Bosses like Inner Agent 3, Sans, Jevil, and Kamek Kerfuffle (trust me, it's harder than it sounds), but the true final boss is an extreme lack of motivation. I have quite a few projects where I gave up due to a lack of motivation. Although The_Prof's idea would definitely work for you.

I did actually beat Jevil through the power of pure determination... It took me many, many tries but I did succeed. Lack of motivation is like a chronic illness for me, and the only cure I have for it at the moment is time. It doesn't help that I have had an erratic schedule lately. I need to get into a steady rhythm. That helps me get into the mindset to write.
