Does anyone know what BB's name actually is in the fate series? My only exposure to her has been in grand order so if her true name was revealed i have no idea what it is. It just seems odd to me that her name really is BB rather than it being a alias or something. I want to know for a story I want to do later.

From what I heard, BB doesnt really stand for anything, its just what she goes by. Alternatively, it could stand for what ever you want. Be it Big Boobies or Busty B*tch, they all work. In game, she herself tells the player that "its a secret" in ccc so the world will never know.

It’s an abbreviation for Black Blossom, just like how the rest of the Sakura Five all have names themed for flowers.

That’s the last I heard from some question panel. I haven’t found the source panel yet since I’m at work, but it was one of the possibilities proposed by the devs on the panel.
I’ll let you know if I find it, but afaik most people treat that as the full name since it thematically fits and so on.

It's not an acronym for a single set of words. It's given all sorts of temporary meanings that fit the letters for jokes or puns or things relevant to a conversation, but you'll never find one that is "correct"
