Some spooky character ideas? Do you mean you'd like us to throw out some concepts? Ok, How's about.. an evil bat witch or try out a... dullahan lady that throws her head at people to eat them which inexplicably leads to her stomach, or even a... big crow lady that steals people's treats and plays tricks.
