Hello everyone.
I have an important update with taking on commissions going forward. I’ll try my best to make it brief.

Its recently come to my attention that I haven’t been getting payed for the amount of time I put into the work I do. For the past 4 years I have been working, for lack of a better word, dirt cheep pay, without thinking if it was fair or not (mostly since I didn’t really care too much at the time).

I don’t look back on all the commission work I did as regretful because I didn’t get paid the right amount I should have, that’s not what I’m trying to get at all. What I am saying is, I’ve decided that if I want to continue doing commissions on the side and get paid for doing so, somethings have to change. Not only that, but things are...

I'm sure many of you, like me, are excited for this years Month of Horror. I've looked at the polls and it's unanimously decided that the them will be "Horror Movies" and I have done a list of the movies I will try and see if I can illustrate them throughout the whole month!

One again welcome, hope you’re all doing okay and getting ready for next month but mostly for Halloween. I wanted to make another update to keep you all informed on whats happening with the polls at the moment.

As of right now, I seems I’m leaning towards doing more Horror Film related drawings this year, witch I’m all the more happy to do. However there seems to be a lack of comments suggesting recommendations on what it is I should draw (i.e. the film, the monster/creature, the sense of witch I should draw from etc.) and I’m not really sure if the blog I posted made it clear.

There is still some time left before the end of the month to make a vote and a suggestion of what monster/creature/scene I should draw etc.

As the title suggests, this is all about Halloween next month and what the themes will be this year.
So, what will it be? That decision I leave to all of you via. a pole!

Opened from now up till the 30th, you can leave your suggestions, your user/online name (so I can credit you when I post) and leave a comment on what specifically it is and what scene/moment/part of it you want me to draw on the Pole! Hello everyone. First off, I want to say thank you for taking the time to see this blog post and, I hope after reading all of it, you will understand more about me and the things that have been surrounding me recently.

As the title says, a new version of Hozomat's Comic Commission page 4 has just been uploaded (though it might still show the original image. Just view it at full screen to see the new version).

I will also be doing an important blog post sometime soon. I just need to write down all the words I have to say and go over it again to make sure it's right for me, and for all of you.
Because of this, I will be taking a break from continuing with any commissions waiting on the side, for now. I just wanted to make a post of things that have been happening recently and clear the air of it.

A few days after I posted my latest comic commission, I have been getting feedback on my work, mostly to do with the whole debacle of images in the comic looking similar to other people’s work. Eka was the first to confront me about this, and later by browsing through thread pages.

As you can see, yes there are striking similarities. But why is this? Simply put, because I copied/traced the pose of these images. But why would I do that? Why not just do my own poses?
