Gonna try to get active on this gallery again! Posted 9 months ago
So, after finally overcoming my writer's block enough to get some new chapters written, I finished the latest chunk of Hotel Paradise. Sure, it's not a vore story, but I did write a more vorish one and upload it recently.

I'm going to be completely honest -- I forgot I had been posting Hotel Paradise here. >.>

To go along with the new chapter bulk, I'm going to start posting the NSFW references I've been commissioning from  Silent_E, at a rate of one per day until I catch up with what I have posted on my FA gallery.

And, yes, I'm going to start uploading more vore stuff, too. I have one more vore story I'm writing and will post here when it's finished, and some old uncolored art in my backlog that I can finish up and post.
On writer's block, and the reasons for it Posted 1 year ago
I'm slowly getting back into writing Hotel Paradise. If this writer's block had never hit last year, the story would be wrapping up right around now, and that knowledge hurts. So I wanted to go into a bit of detail into what's taking me so long to write, and there are a couple of reasons.

As I mentioned in a journal last year, in October I got shot at, and nearly killed. This shook me pretty deeply. The most immediately noticeable effect was that I no longer felt safe on my porch, which was where I did all of my writing because of how quiet and distraction-free it is. Or was, anyway. I've "fixed" this problem by installing (badly) a patio in my backyard, where it's still quiet and also a lot more private, so I don't feel like I could be on the receiving end of...

"The Killing Game" rebranded, and next post coming shortly Posted 2 years ago
So it hasn't happened yet (at least not here), but for anybody who's been reading The Killing Game, it's been rebranded to a new title, "Hotel Paradise", and that rebranding is imminent here as well.

I chose to do this rebranding for two major reasons:

- "Hotel Paradise" helps to set the environment and tone of the story a bit more. Not only is it name of the location where the events take place, but it's also an intentionally misleading name for the story -- it sounds like it's going to be a pleasant, possibly romantic tale, but anybody who's read it so far knows that the hotel (despite being a pretty nice place) is as far from "paradise" as you could possibly get.
- "The Killing Game" was kind of a bland title, and...

Where I've been, what I've been doing, and my potential future here Posted 2 years ago
So, it's been pretty quiet here from me, hasn't it? Aside from a few posts of The Killing Game, I haven't been doing much -- and even then, it's been a while since I've had a new post to share for that story.

As with many things, blame work. :p

I've been run absolutely ragged at work thanks to our two-month-long Christmas event, and have been coming home too exhausted to do any writing, or anything productive at all. I just get home and either watch TV or play video games, especially the new Final Fantasy 14 expansion. But I'm not abandoning writing, it's just on hold until things stabilize for me again! I still have that desire and itch, just not the energy.

Of course, there is one small rub to that.

I've also been doing some...

Back to work, and a near death experience. Posted 2 years ago
Hopefully, these don't turn out to be anything that will affect the release schedule for The Killing Game, but just in case, I did want to throw this out there.

The past few weeks for me have been tough. To start out, I'm back at work, which is a good thing for sure. I'm just working a lot of hours because of how understaffed my new department is (really, every department at my workplace is understaffed, but I'm really feeling the crunch), and it's leaving me exhausted when I get home. I do try to get some writing in when I can, but it's nowhere near the pace I was able to prior to going back.

But the real thing that's been holding back my writing lately is... I almost got murdered last week. A few close friends already know about this, as I've talked to them...

Thoughts on The Killing Game so far? Posted 2 years ago
It's been nearly two months since I started posting this story (albeit less frequently here than on FA), and I have to admit, I'm eager for some feedback! These characters and the scenario continue to capture my imagination and have me writing steadily (about 1000 words per day, maybe more if I get into a good flow), but looking at the low view counts I have to wonder... is anybody else out there enjoying it as much as I am?

To be clear, these low views are NOT going to dissuade me from ending the story early or abandoning it, so don't worry about that. As I mentioned, I'm enjoying writing this too much, and at this point these characters deserve to see their story told to the end, for better or worse. I also have a small handful of close friends that I know are reading it,...

The Killing Game, other projects, Ko-fi, impending gallery cleanup, and almost 10 years Posted 2 years ago
So, I've got a few things to talk about!

The Killing Game
Firstly, the story that's getting me back into writing is still going strong, albeit unnoticed. The characters I've created for this story have kickstarted my imagination well enough that I just can't stop writing this -- I perpetually have at least two more uploads ready to go, sitting in backlog as a buffer in case I hit a slow period. And since I just uploaded the "Daily Life" half of Chapter 1 to this site yesterday, it seems like the time to ask if anybody here has been reading it, what they think, and if they have any other (non-canon) requests for the characters? I do want to reuse these characters in other things upon the conclusion of this story, so I'd like to hear some ideas now.

New story announcement -- "The Killing Game" Posted 2 years ago
Hi all! Been a while, hasn't it?

I'm writing this blog to make an important announcement -- I'm back! Kinda!

As a few close friends of mine know, I've been quietly writing (or not so quietly to them, since I've been mentioning my progress near daily :p ) a new story, which I've titled "The Killing Game". Based on the Danganronpa series of games, this story follows a group of characters who have been put in a terrible situation, locked in a building and told... well, I don't want to give too much away, but it won't be a surprise to those who know the source material.

So far, I've put in a LOT of work on this story. As of this blog post, there are no fewer than 16,501 words to the story, and it's literally only getting started. I haven't been...

Thursday Update Blog (11/19/2020) Posted 3 years ago
So I've decided to start doing weekly Update Blogs, at least until I forget to do them and stop. They're going to be happening every Thursday, simply because today -- the first day I'm posting one -- is a Thursday. :p

Life Updates
So, not too much to report here. The obvious reason has pretty much kept me from going out and doing much, and I've been off work since March 15th. Still holding up okay financially due to unemployment and some supportive family members, but really missing being there. Zoos aren't very safe places to work at during the obvious reason.

All last week I was playing Danganronpa, a series that I had simply ignored up to this point. I liked it! Some of the characters were pretty bad, and I wound up liking my theory...

Story Preview: "Cooking With The Mons" (First 3 Pages!) Posted 3 years ago
Recently, and thanks to a few factors (pandemic-related unemployment, friends keeping me in practice with RPs, and re-reading some books for D&D, Chronicles of Darkness, and other roleplaying games), I've managed to recapture a writing bug and I'm keeping it on a little shelf. I currently have a new one-shot story in progress, full length undetermined, but I do have three pages to share with you! Enjoy, and I hope you look forward to the completed work!

Completed work will contain: Pokémon, Digimon, multiple preds, multiple willing prey, mm/f, mm/m, cooking, and painless hard vore
Starring Gavin Mon, Hubert Mon, Lexi, and...
