Hello! After a grueling semester of college, narrowly failing multiple courses because of my poor procrastination habits, and feeling miserable during a whole lot of that, I'm back kinda.

I'm leaving some time for myself until June. Come June, I'll be back into the swing of things, hopefully. I want to catch up with a lot of writing and finish my queue. I hope to have all my stories finished and a fresh queue open by then, but no promises on that.

It might take me a bit before I'm back into my regular groove of things, but I've been fine. I hope you're all well and look forward to the summer of weird smut writing I have to give you all =w=;

I thought long and hard about possibly taking this semester off, as I had done last year, but I see that if I don't fail any classes I'll be set to graduate, so I'm gonna be getting that out of the way so I can focus on the important stuff starting this Summer! I'll be able to work towards possibly getting a real career started, and while I do that I'll be writing!

During this semester, I'm going to try and continue writing. I want to try and have a schedule for uploads to try and motivate me to get some stuff done during my free time, though if classes become too much of an issue for me to balance, then I'll have to do what I did last week and disappear for a while. With my finals just around the corner, I expect my activity to return shortly. It was rocky for me for a while there, floundering with my classes, but now I'm confident I'll pass and I won't need to feel bad about the time wasted towards my education, because it won't have been a waste!

In the coming weeks, I plan to finish the queue I've been sitting on for the longest time and release some stories I've had in the pipeline for a long while. On top of that, either sometime tonight or tomorrow, I plan to release a story celebrating NNN that I've wanted to write since I thought of it last year. It isn't anything special, but I do hope you all enjoy it when it comes out!

So, as the title of this blog post states, I've taken classes this semester and I'm going to be writing a bit less often than I already do. I've been stressing out over a lot of stuff lately and I won't be posting as much over the next few months. However, with this more consistently-busy schedule, I'm going to try and have a consistent writing schedule.

On my server, 'Storytime with Ely' (linked in the profile description), I'll be trying to write on stream and vibe out, getting commissions and personal projects done when I hope to be free from class and private obligations.

Along with all this, I may or may not be reducing the number of slots that will be available in each batch of commissions I usually take. Though only one slot has been taken in the couple...

I was thinking of doing something for Vore Day, but I don't know if I'll be able to finish this story I've been planning. If I don't end up uploading anything tomorrow, then I'm sorry for failing the funny vore holiday =3=. Motivation and drive are a struggle lately and it doesn't help that I'm gonna be going back to college this semester.

Today should be a good day for me, but of course I have to get stupid pointless thoughts filling my head that only serve to ruin my mood and make it hard to get to writing. I was going to write a short story for my birthday, but now I don't know if I can. Ugh.

Today I've decided that I'm unable to continue the challenge going forward. I was hoping to get through the entire month, but motivation is lacking a bit and I feel like the quality of my work is just going to suffer more and more. I'm sorry to all who were rooting me on. I'm happy I at least got this far though. I was worried about the challenge going into it, not thinking I'd be able to deliver at all, but I think it was fun while it lasted.

I'll definitely be trying something like this again in the future, maybe when I'm more consistent as a writer.
