I suppose a small update is in order! I had plenty of complaints related to the webm uploads for my explicit video post here on Eka's. Mostly playback issues! That said, I updated every post with a new Google Drive link. This time, they're linked to the original renders! Not the webms. Don't get me wrong, webm is a great format for streaming overall, but the preview windows would break with Google Drive uploads in that format. Stupid, I know, but now that shouldn't be a problem! As a bonus, I also uploaded the older stuff I made, but forgot to upload here. It was because I was lazy, shaddup. Anyways, let me know if the links are... well linked to the right video! It's been a good while since I updated here! Starting off for real, is my medical issue. Yes, it has gotten worse. However, I was fortunate enough to renew my medical coverage as well as contact my doctor. All I'm waiting on is a referral for a new neurologist and hopefully this lengthy struggle comes to a good conclusion.

Health woes aside, I've been up and down. Discord drama, moving rooms irl, construction around the house, and some computer upgrades thanks to patrons and commissioners (I LOVE YOU GUYS!) Before I begin, I want to make a little public service announcement. It has come to my attention that the previous Google Drive links to the WebMs are not working for some of my older uploads (Cruise Cuisine, Dashie Doms Twi, to name a few). Well, no! They do work, it's just the previews that are broken for some strange reason. If the playback is broken, you can still download the WebM file to playback on your computer! It looks like the majority are fine with voicing, but some being put off. I think I'll look into creating a balance. Maybe more subtlety so it's less annoying. Of course, there's no pleasing everybody, but I'll do my best!

I require feedback! After talking with a friend, it had me thinking about the quality of my videos. Specifically, the dialog. Is it needed? Is it distracting and disrupts the video's composition? Or does it add to the video itself? Personally, I'm starting to notice a bit of a decline in some of my older videos due to the dialog alone, but I want to hear what you guys thing. Vote here, and feel free to leave feedback in the comments, I'm very curious. Also, no more horrible piano music for Rarity.

I take that a lot of people enjoyed the last video of Rarity I did! Anyways, I just wanted to drop in to say that I updated my commission queue with the current projects I’m working on. Hey, hey! I guess I'll start off with some good news, here. I technically already shared on Tumblr, but neglected to mention here since I've been busy. Long story short, I'm no longer paying for my provider's triple package, which was TV, phone, and internet. I'm done with them, I'm only paying for the internet now. I had no use for the TV or phone (streaming, and mobile numbers that's why) and I only have to worry about $70 instead of $200 a month. This alone makes me very happy because I'm not stressing with a huge workload of videos or begging for help. Once I'm done my current workload, I'll have more time for personal projects instead of a million commissions.

As for bad news, like I said, I mentioned on Tumblr first, but it's worth a mention here.

Welp, it’s time for another whiny irrelevant journal about my own problems. I know nobody is exactly thrilled, but bare with me. A lot has happened and I need to vent.

Starting off with the two-year groaner, it’s about my health. I was supposed to see a neurologist in January after an appointment with my clinic doctor. Easy peasy, right? Far from being easy. The facility kept mixing up different places, and I wasted several months playing phone tag. It got to the point where I’ve simply given up. I had another clinic appointment last June(?) to dispute the conflict, only to get a referral to the “real” place I was supposed to visit since day 1. From then on, I vowed to not make another phone call, since it was likely to end in the same dispute (with my luck, anyway). I mailed...
