waves washed up onto the beach. Their salty spray blew coolly on the
breeze, and decorated the view of the ocean nestled in the protective
arms of the mountains around the sheltered cove. On the soft sand a

The TV still played the movie he’d seen a few times, but Owen’s eyes were drawn to the clock on the wall. 11:58. The German Shepherd tried to hold back his nervousness.
