As far as I know, he orifice the prey enters is more important when it comes to naming.

But people do have different preferences for where the prey ends up.

Inkscape supported gradients since it's debut, and they've actually gotten even better in the last couple of years. Both linear and radial are there. So are the usual features that one would expect as standard. You can even mess with the applied gradient from the object editor which is something I wished CS2 had.

Can you make gradients with Inkscape? One of the few problems I have with AI CS3 right now is, that the gradients will turn into squares (WHY though? >.<), if they are too big. That is why I have to draw on a smaller scale or add them via photoshop...

I learned on CS2 myself, but these days the newest version of flagship software is not usually much better than older versions in terms of raw functionality, ESPECIALLY when we're talking about Adobe. I always recommend trying new tools when you get the chance. The very best stuff was the new thing at one point.

I use AI from CS3, a software from 2007. It may be old, but I think it does it's job very well^^ I never used any other vector programms. Maybe I should give them a try?

I got my start on AI, and there's not many things that can come close as far as power and user experience. With that said, Inkscape, a free open-source competitor, can do most anything AI can. It's a bit more of a learning (bezeir) curve than AI and I wish it had a few quality of life improvements. Furthermore its development is glacially slow -- it took two years to fix some of the bugs I documented and reported. With all that said, Inkscape is still worth a download and a try.

I adore seeing early-route Pokemon used like this. Usually it's with equally sized or much larger prey, but smaller prey is an imaginative use of the design here.

The motion lines on the sunglasses provides such great context for Dingofan's character. Just from the post and that one detail I feel like I'm getting to know them. Also, I say this on something you did much later, but your carefully placed gradients are extremely effective at communicating volume... that's important in this genre, heh-heh

well there are some cute male preds that i like. so if your not up for the elin pred then i can swap it out for len kagami or what ever that cutie that is paired up with rin is called. or perhaps illsim from blade and soul who is a very cute male lyn that due to being a npc i was able to take a screencap of my blade dancer next to him for size comparison. the elin pred i sent should be very simple as i know you find alot of stuff i tend to ask difficult and the new pantsu is kinda cute on her too hence why i asked. sorry for the late reply been playing monster girl quest
