I wanted to start a drawing for escapism reasons so that I could be distracted from some RL stuff, so I looked to some outside sources.
It was delayed by the things and people I wanted to be distracted from, the horrible and vile month of hell which is December, and the scheduled power outages we have.
Started as a random idea wanting to experiment with things and later elements popped up as the concept evolved.

Trade thing with Swankypajamas's Pokémon OC character Dorothy.
The proposition intrigued me since I have never done anything with Pokémon.

She is ambushed from above by a wild Victreebel which has jealously claimed a tree near the path as its own.
Seems she failed to notice the warning sign being too engrossed reading up on Pokémon on her Pokédex.

Massive delay in finishing this picture due to many things.
Some of those things being the scheduled power outages at inconvenient times, 6 electric pylons being blown over by a strong wind because their structural integrity was hampered by people hacking pieces off their base likely to sell as scrap, and our own electric lines were stolen.

WIP update.
Extra shading detail will be done to characters and maybe some to the background as well. Depends on how feel about the look but will at least give casting shadows to the street lights.

I am going to give the arachne a spider web bra. I have seen some mods do that when collecting reference.
The Barbie doll chest doesn't look right and I do not want add the "anatomy".
I personally detest drawing nudes.

I am making the rest of the pages be greyscale.
It is just faster for me however some panels or pages will be coloured.
I will honestly admit I am not particularly good at making grayscale nor am I not skilled enough to make a pencil like look in a digital format.
It does make me wish I had a seriously good scanner so I could use pencils at least

Quick sketch I made to update my creature Viridem Vermis' jaws.
Thought about fleshing it out more and modifying it a bit and to try and spur my will to draw again with certain things been weighing me down.

It can keep prey, fruits and nuts in its gular folds to be consumed later, but was originally uninspired just being stretchy cheeks essentially.

Made on a whim.

A rowing trip down a scenic and pristine river in the Amissa Forest ends badly for the duo who rented the now capsized canoe.
The other endemic inhabitants might be relieved that their natural predators have something else to satiate themselves with.

Creature in the water is the Broadhead and the one in the trees is Viridem Vermis. Both created by me.
