I did go to school for animation where they showed me the importance of negative space and how darkened areas on black and white comic strips brings attention to certain locations. What catches the eye.

I also prefer if my dialogue isn't too long winded also. Trying to fit things in pages is something I had to get good at since I don't do this stuff digitally. Since it's all on paper. I'm use to using what little space I have. That's actually why some comics are so long is because I know what I want to show and if I ain't got the space I'll just add more pages.

are you fucking kidding? I love your word economy. Even if you use cheesy phrases sometimes (which I can't name any cuz I fuckin love cheese, nothing has been too cheesy for me), which I"m not sure you truly do? Like you get A LOT done with few words. That's how a comic is supposed to be. I have trouble reading vore comics a lot of the time because they put too many words in it. And I love reading so that's a bad sign. More so than in any other genre, a comic requires the dialogue to be snappy, information dense, and concise. A good comic also makes sure the dialogue isn't fighting for space in the image--instead, it *fills* in the negative space, becoming a part of the image as much as it is the words that are meant to be read along with. If you haven't already read Scott McCloud's "Understanding Comics" I'd probably call you a liar. At the very least you definitely love your comics. You've even been making sure that your dialogue *boxes* have the right shapes and flow to evoke a certain tone. It's just, good. :O
