I enjoy a good reversal, where a predator soon becomes prey themselves, but I don't often have a good scenario where I can make use of the idea. I'm glad this one worked out.

I'm forced to admit, I'm not actually sure what you mean when you say "robust noises" in terms of this story. Can you give me an example?

While I can't say I know the characters, I do very much enjoy the execution of this story. The way Hinata went from the predator to prey so quickly was very interesting, as was Kasumi's handling of the whole situation. Definitely a fun scenario that you turned into a fun fic. I also enjoyed your use of some more robust noises here, I'd be excited to possibly see more of that in the future.

Comfort food is probably a good way to describe it. Not deep, but enjoyable. An interesting world with a few twists, but still quite understandable. Super-flashy magic combat with giant beams of energy and explosions and colorful attacks flying everywhere. And a fair amount of fanservice while still not getting overtly sexual about it. The characters are good enough to be likeable. All in all, it's a fun watch that you can just put on and enjoy.

I've experimented in a couple of my stories with people gaining traits from their meals, but I wanted to try a full merging where both predator and prey become a single, new individual. The nature of this story made it seem like a good chance to try it out.

Tiny pred is one of those concepts I don't see used all that often, so when I get an idea for it I try to jump on it. Willing vore is probably my favorite variety, although I do write some others just to keep things from getting stale.

I'll admit, the idea of Hatoko choosing to follow Misaki in and get eaten herself came to me late in the process, while I was actually writing the story. But in the end I guess it's just indicative of my tastes: if a character in a vore story I'm writing has the option to choose whether they want to get eaten or not, they almost certainly will go for it.

One of my initial thoughts when I first considered opening a gallery here was that there were a whole bunch of series that got little or no attention from the vore community, despite the fact that I thought there could be some decent vore made for them. Ever since, it seems my imagination has gravitated towards such series.

As for this series in particular, I really enjoy it. I was afraid that maybe no one here would have read it, so it's good to see other people who know it. :)

Lazy glance wise. My bet is if it got to the point of "body/trait" absorption. What's stopping from Risa starting to think 'like' Maple, pretend wise to remembering/acting like her. A sudden "disappearance" or the moderators going in panic mode over an "account merge" error. Leading to a player, with BOTH Max'd Speed and Defense...

Assuming, in another lens? It's alternately "Kaede" logs in alongside Risa, every time she logs in... And it turns out they share the same senses, "imaginary friend" Wise. And from there, a sort of 'inherited' predatory instinct on 'almost' wanting to eat more players "in game", leading to a worse/horrific PK Incident, that may or may not lead to "in-game absorption" that would be patched out. Possibly?

I spent some time thinking about which twin would be pred and which would be prey, but in the end it was dictated by the situation. Although the two twins have similar personalities, Mai tends to be shyer and less decisive, so it just made sense for her to end up so embarrassed that she'd rather get eaten for real than show her face in front of the others again.

If I can come up with a good out-of-game Mai-pred scenario, I'll do my best to write it and get it up. I like both of the twins, after all, and I want to see that too. :)

There are a number of anime and other things I've encountered that make me think there could be some good vore content for them, but when I go looking I barely find any, or none at all. That's basically why I started writing these stories: I went "well fine, if no one else is going to do it I'll write some myself!"

I love me some eager prey. Unwilling or unaware can be fine too, depending on the scenario, but prey that's completely into it and wants to be eaten is probably my favorite.

I'm glad you're enjoying them, although I have to say that stories like this one in particular probably aren't as effective if you aren't familiar with the context.

I can't say the original anime is for everyone: it's a love comedy, though for a while it's heavier on the comedy than the love part. Most of the characters are interesting and unique. What tends to stand out the most is the art: it was made by KyoAni, and if you're at all familiar with any of their works you know that making series that look gorgeous is their specialty.

Sometimes things can be short to read, but take a long time to write (or draw in the case of manga). Each of the stories I've posted here, for instance, take only a few minutes to read, but take me hours to write.

The original run of T-Rex na Kanojo lasted about a year. Speaking as a writer, that's a long time to maintain inspiration in a single story-universe. Yes, I know plenty of authors do write things that go on for much longer, but not everyone can do that. I'd say that it's likely that, by the end, the author's inspiration, the stories they wanted to write, had moved away from T-Rex na Kanojo into something else. As a result, writing this series became a chore to them, rather than something enjoyable.

It's sad, certainly, but I can respect that.

I would go with loli Vivio, personally. The time line in fanfiction is always fluid, but Riot Force Six was only in existance for the duration of StrikerS, getting disbanded a few months after the JS incident was resolved, so it makes the most sense for it to be six year old Vivio.

Of course, as I said, timelines can be fluid in fan works, so if you want her to be older you can do it that way too

Well, I’ve actually written an outline for what I want to do, which I rarely did even when I was writing. Hopefully that could help me if I decide to do it for real. Basic idea is that Fate and Vivio are close behind Nanoha, with Nanoha going in first to make sure nobody will notice them sneaking Vivio in. Then Rein has to try separating the three to pick them off one at a time. (I just really wanna have the whole Takamachi family in a stomach together). Big question is if I should do loli Vivio or adult Vivio. I’m thinking loli, partly so that Rein can have an appetizer and partly since Aryion does allow that stuff in writing so might as well take advantage of it, but I’m open to giving Rein nothing but full-sized meals.

I remember back when I wrote this story being utterly amazed that there was NOTHING in terms of vore works for this series. The relationship between Sanae and Shinka is just one of several that could be easily turned in a vorish direction.

Oh definitely. That's part of what makes her enjoy it so much. As far as she's concerned she wins either way. Either she gets to experience digestion right up to the point of no return, then heals herself and can come back and experience it again; or she gets fully digested and she experiences the joy of utter submission with every bit of her being used to its fullest to make her devourer sexier.

...Well, ok, she doesn't technically experience the latter because she'll be dead (no sentient fat or whatever in my stories), but the thought of it happening is enough turn her on more than anything she's ever imagined.

The possibility certainly exists. If this were "ordinary" fanfiction rather than fetish fanfiction, I would never want to introduce a character like her, because she is ridiculously overpowered, combining the abilities of two level fives and an extremely high-end level 4 (which she can USE at level 5 due to her improved calculation ability). Of course, being overpowered is a very relative thing in the Raildex universe: Accelerator, for instance, could still kick her butt, and so could a number of people/beings from the magic side.

Fortunately, this IS fetish fanfiction, so that sort of thing doesn't matter. The purpose of these stories is to watch girls enjoy eating each other/being eaten by each other, so how powerful Saten is is irrelevent, aside from the added possibilities that such powers being into the story.

All that said, Saten's become addicted to the sensation of being prey and getting digested, and she's probably going to start treating it like a dangerous thrill ride: she loves the rush of pushing right up against the edge of actually dying. It's not hard to imagine some point in the future where she misjudges the timing, and really does just end up as fat on some other girl's breasts.

For those who don't remember the other characters in this story; Akemi, Muu-chan, and Mako-chin are three of Saten's friends from her school. They were the ones who tried the Level Upper along with Saten, and were playing around with their new powers when they suddenly started collapsing, sending Saten into despair when she realized that it was her fault, and that it was going to happen to her too.

Eri is Haruue Eri, an anime-only character who was important to the plot in the second half of the first season of the Railgun anime.

Misaki always comes across to me as someone who wants to be in control more than anything (for extremely understandable reasons, given her backstory), but who can easily get ahead of herself and end up the one being controlled. That can go for vore, where she might want to be the pred but ends up the prey, sex, where I can easily envision her ending up on the bottom and being indignant about it but also being totally turned on by it, and plenty of other types of situations.

To be honest, large-scale weight gain isn't really my thing, even in vore, although I certainly can enjoy stories that use it. I took a quick glance through that story, and it's certainly amusing to see Misaki play herself, but I'm afraid on a whole it just isn't to my taste.

I suspect most of them will mentally fall apart after a while. With their primary purpose in life gone, none of them will have any idea what to do with themselves. I envision them eventually becoming catatonic and spending the rest of their lives in hospital beds staring blankly at the ceiling, or whatever happens to be in front of their faces. This being Academy City, a lot of them will probably end up becoming experimental guinea pigs.

The same will likely be the case for Mikoto. Even if she gained Mental Out and Rampage Dress from digesting their owners, Misaki broke her personality and self-identity in the process of turning her into another "properly trained" minion, so she doesn't have the will to use them.

Of course, this being a vore continuity, some of them will likely end up as tasty treats for some unscrupulous predator. Assuming one can absorb powers by digesting their owner, whoever eats Mikoto will become something spectacular.

Hmm... that gives me an idea...

Not sure how much of your taste is pure vore as opposed to fatty content, but if you like the latter, cooly52 on DA wrote a stupendous story in which her arrogance and general lethargy get the better of her in a misfired attempt to control Mikoto, similar to here.

Indeed, thats why I said it seems like you don't like digestion scenes. that sort of stuff is pretty fun for me, though generally, its more about emotion and reaction between the two parties. If theres a lot of digestive action but little interaction between them its not as engaging.

the next 3 or so minutes here though can give you a decent idea of how to really do any kind of scene. Digestion that overly focuses on the digestive aspect wont have much pull while stuff that involves emotion and the chemistry of the participants can be engaging enough to even catch the attention of people who aren't usually into it. In general you should write what you want but if you feel yourself struggle with the digestion scenes and want to get good at them, its important to think less about the mechanics of digestion, which can be maluable, and instead think about what kinds of character interactions or scenes can take place during it.

I like digestion to occur, but beyond a certain point I don't know what to put in a digestion scene. One can get into more graphic descriptions of skin melting off and muscles oozing away, bones cracking and whatnot... but I don't really enjoy things being that graphic, so I don't write it. And without that there's only so much time one can take to say "they melted into mush. The end."

I would say the sequal is very hot leading up to it, but it seems like you don't like digestions scenes rather than don't know how to write them well, you spent almost no time on that portion and it felt really rushed. Thankyou for giving it a shot though, whats there is nice.

I try to avoid explicit digestion scenes because I'm not sure I can write them well.

I normally check the tags before i read. Same size i just dont mesh with, and one time i read vore that was same size but the author for got that tag plus the M/M tag. I never hit the back button faster in my whole life

Oh, almost certainly. If she bothers to try, Michiru will undoubtedly find that she can shapeshift into pretty much anyone or anything now.

While it's certainly better for Michiru's mental health for things to work out this way, I have to say that, with what I know of Nazuna, I think she'd prefer a big, flashy, dramatic event that's seen by everyone. She'd want her devouring to be a glorious finale that's told and retold around the world for generations to come.

And after she digested her, perhaps Michiru can transform twice as good now? I always enjoy it when a pred can take traits from the prey, whether it’s something as simple as growing fox ears or as complex as turning into a whole different species or gaining super powers.

And it’s nice that Nazuna was digested in her sleep. Not only does Michiru remain ignorant of what she did, but Nazuna had a peaceful end too. Maybe she would have wanted to end up this way, if it came down to it?

One can always count on Michiru to charge full speed ahead once she comes up with an idea, even, or rather ESPECIALLY when she's completely misunderstanding things.

Yeah, Michiru will likely never realize that Nazuna is now nothing more than a layer of cute tanuki fat. At least she got to enjoy herself one last time.

That’s fair. I feel like they should have set the stakes of the story lower, been more transparent about Alan’s plan, didn’t include extraneous plot points, and/or focused more on Michiru & Nazuna’s relationship. For as much time as the finale was built up, it felt like it was still being rushed. Like when Alan turns out to be a “pure-blooded Beastman, he spends a good minute or two on exposition about himself and telling us his real motivations when really that should be clear in the story by that point. That time could have been given over to something else.

Instead, if the story was more grounded or less “save the whole city,” I feel like we could have enjoyed more slice of life/drama stories like the baseball episode. Trigger might be good with frantic animation, but their best stories are usually the ones that are about as simple as dealing with an underdog baseball team. That way, the finale could simply be a drama story cranked up to 11.

I always saw Michiru as an “accidental” or “unwilling” pred, after all she’s always been rash in her judgment so maybe you could go that route but your the writer here. Either way I understand your point and this scenario was great! I could kinda see Nazuna doing stuff like this so there’s no denying the character accuracy which I believe is most important in a story like this, so in the end I’m glad that you chose her

Oh yes, any time I write a vore story it's because it's a scenario that I want to see (and probably couldn't find anywhere else). If I try to write a story that I don't feel inspired about, it just ends up feeling so... empty. Lacking in feeling and life.

If you want to write a BNA story, then by all means go ahead. write what you want and have fun with it. :)

As for BNA's ending... it kind of feels to me like they tried to cram a 24-episode series into twelve episodes. That said, I still enjoyed it a fair bit.
