Found a really neat glitch where you can take two melos at the beginning.
Flip all three melos at the start pick the one you want and then rapidly click on the second one you want. The text for that melo being selected should appear and you'll have both in your deck.
Not sure if you can get all three in your deck at once, but certainly has made runs more entertaining with two talking cards!

The totem carver works normally in kaycee's mod as she does in Inscryption. The mod unfortunately makes the totem carver unusable even after deleting the mod & fresh installing Inscryption.

Nope is the GOAT for giving us this mod out of the blue, and I know what they said about working on it in other comments. But I do hope they have enough time on their schedule to look at this bug, considering we can't get totems without the mod now. ( T ^ T)b

As somebody who has been doing endoscope content for a while, I will say that this is startlingly accurate. The only qualms I have is that the texture of the walls seem too rough in comparison to the usually smooth and soft texture of the inside of the stomach. The other one is that stomachs are usually much closer to pink in color than red, but again these are just nitpicks.
