I really like how it's going. Personally I would tilt the "camera" a bit as the butt advanced on them, as I believe your head wouldn't be perfectly straight if you just bent over like that.

Sorry for all the messages (your work has really got me interested, that's all!), but one more thought: have you considered flipping the setting? WHat if the vampires absorb people's life forces by AVing them, and maple must fight them and avoid getting AV'ed by them. The AV could come from the many different game over sequences when the vampires win and AV poor maple?
