Firstly. I totally relate to the “good enough” syndrome. I pour some work into something and then just get tired and want to move on to the next. Insofar as all my artistic pursuits are just hobbies, I’m fine with that. There’s no money or obligation on the line. So I wouldn’t sweat “not finishing” something to the extent you originally planned.

That said, I just went through your gallery and really enjoyed your work! Your line work and coloring came a long way! There’s something to be learned from all of it! So if you ever post again, I’ll be watching!

This is great !!

There's just an anatomy mistake: Her lower body is out of proportion with her upper body, she should be bigger from the hips down and smaller from the hips up.

In other words: Her shoulders are too wide in comparison to her hips

But you're definitely getting better !! Keep practicing !! =)

I didn't mean details, like jewels and stuff, I meant details like light or shadow effects, or at least more definition on her right foot ...

The left foot is not so bad, it looks like a foot; but her right foot looks like a triangle and square put together... Too simple, it looks lacking and out of place in comparison to the rest of the picture. It's the kind of error that hurts the whole picture which is otherwise amazing.

Nice !! I do have a suggestion though...

This is the perfect picture for a new quick lesson!:

You want to make closer lines look thicker and farther away lines look thinner, this gives the illusion of distance (because lines represent the shadows that the brain interprets as contours which are usually smaller the farther away they are from the viewer because of perspective)

This simple but powerful technique would help you greatly in achieving the effect of perspective (specially in a closed tube like this where there is little you can use for distance reference)

And this particular perspective is something I’ve been working on and struggling with, and I think the coloring is still well beyond my abilities in some ways as well. I like how you handled the 3D dimensions in frame 1, the problem is the lenght of the body parts of your pred (the girl)...

I admit that is one hell of a difficult pose you attempted here; so no one can blame you...

Anyway, the girl's abdomen is too long and her arms are too long as well in comparison to her head and torax...

I'll leave these here as reference, in case you wonder more or less what the right lenght should be

Here we go:

1) I see many squared places where There should be curves (example right buttcheek)... are you using a graphics tablet to draw?...
If you are, what program are you using to draw?
This picture makes it look like you're having trouble to input curves into your drawings... So I'm thinking either no tablet or no adequate software...

2) You're not using shadows or highlights ...
It's important for you to use them for your pictures to have volume and density... Otherwise they look too simple... but then again I need to know what program you're using to draw in order to recommend a shading method.

Mmmm well, I like the concept but... You say you're learning, so let me give you some advice to speed up your learning:

[Hint #1: Show your pred's face]
Yeah... it's kind of important for people to see the pred's face if your target audience is the prey types; I know you normally do this, but in this picture it's really absent and that really hurts for preys like me !


[Hint #2: Get your proportions right!!]

1) The boobs are too high in the torso and they look like they're comming out from the neck...

2) I dont really understand the position of her left arm...

3) Her middle section (abdominal section) is too long !!!
