Serious question. Can Betty Sue digest meat and live prey? The previous comics treated being ingested by her as an inconvience, and the Susan sisters would have her swallow them so they can manually inspect her digestive tract. Can she control her insides to choose to digest or not? Since she seems to have passed the twins and the catgirl through her.

Who's skeleton is that? Did Betty Sue swallow another trespasser, and the skeleton in her stomach is a warning of what can happen if she doesn't cooperate. Or did the other cowgirl actually kill at least one of the Susan sisters, and expell her skeleton, while still inside Betty Sue? Or did Betty Sue herself digest the Susan sister? Are the Susan sisters dead?

On another note, this is the first time we're getting an internal view of Betty Sue's stomach. Interesting that she has 1 stomach like a human rather than a cow. Nice to see some more of Betty Sue and neat to see oral vore and internal views of her. She has such great potential for soft vore since she always seemed so feisty and playful but not dangerous, even to those she eats, the Susan Sisters and the cat girl made it through her, but here she seems to be downright threatening to turn the other cowgirl she ate into fertilizer.
