Three pairs of bright red orbs jostled their way through the forest. They left fading red trails as they bolted everywhere. The sound of rustling leaves stopped and a few seconds later the ominous red glowing balls stopped.

A startling bark echoed throughout the crisp plain air. A few more followed and the orbs seemed to elevate and change a bit of shape. The first pair that spoke talked in a feminine voice.
