Rules
I do story commissions of short to middle lengths, with my cap being around 8-10K words. I can go longer but I typically prefer not to as it means the customer/commissioner waiting longer than the story and more time for ideas to get misconstrued. Commissions are typically on a "just ask me" basis as I have a decent amount of free time but try not to commit to too many projects at a time.

I do highly recommend picking more common/known characters if they are outside of something I usually write about. I can do research but doing research is harder the less known the character is.
Pricing
10$/1K words.
I prefer to keep the pricing at this rate as I believe it is arbitrary to shoot for more specific word counts considering the nature of writing. Payment is taken after the first few pages are finished and more payment is not required if the word count goes over. Story can be refunded at any point if you or I believe there are complications to the commission proceeding further.

Examples
Shorter 2nd person story. Fics like these typically take a few days to write at most and can sometimes be finished in a day if time allows.
Middle-length 3rd-person story. Fics like these can take a few days but typically don't extend outside a couple weeks' time.
Long 2nd-person story. Fics like these can take a lot of time, often up to a month or more. I highly recommend thinking hard if you want a fic on this size, as it will likely take a large amount of time.
