Rules
PAYMENT
• I will send you a PayPal invoice once I have approved and am ready to start on your commission.
• Do not send me any money outside of the invoice.
• All commissions must be paid upfront.
PROCESS
• I will send a PayPal invoice when I am ready to start on your commission, however if you wish to pay before I am ready then you'll be put on a waiting list and I will inform you when I start. This does not mean you will get your commission sooner.
• Depending on circumstances, completion times can vary between 1-4 weeks once started. You will be notified if this may take longer.
• I like to send frequent WIPs of your commission to ensure you are happy with it. Depending on the complexity, I may send you multiple per stage.
• There are a total of 3 free revisions for each commission during the lining stage and beyond. Any more after that will incur a fee of £10 per revision.
• An instant messenger such as Telegram or Discord will help with processes.
• Once the commission is completed, I will send you high resolution image (2000-4000 px) for private use only, as well as low resolution (1200 px) watermarked images for public posting.
• A physical original will NOT be posted to you.
REFUNDS
• If you wish to request a refund, It must be done BEFORE I start working on the lining of the commission.
• You will be asked to approve and agree to the "point of no return" when you receive the rough outline of your commission before lining.
• There may be rare times where life can cause major delays to your commission. Please respect that, like you, I also have a life and I do need to put my life before commission work. This does NOT entitle you to a refund if I am on the lining stage or beyond.
• If in the unlikely event that I cannot continue a commission due to any circumstances, a partial refund will be given depending on the amount done.
MY RIGHTS
• I reserve ALL rights to any commissions.
• I reserve the right to post any commissions.
• I reserve the right to make and sell prints of any commissions if dealing at a convention unless prior agreements have been made with you.
• I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
• I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
YOUR RIGHTS
• You may post the low resolution images into your own galleries under the condition that credit is given to me and the original is linked in the descriptions.
• You may NOT post the unmarked high resolution images.
• You may NOT use the commission for business or profit.
• You will have the right to order takedowns on any others who post your commissions without our explicit permissions.
• You may crop or resize any commission for icons wallpaper or any other personal display purposes.
These Terms of Service are subject to change.
