Things I'm going to want to know are: Emotional moods of the story, what you DON'T want in the story (to keep my imagination under control), how many words for the story, what kinda of chars you want, ect.

After some research of other story writers on Eka's, here's what I've settled on as a method of pricing.
$10 for first 1500 words (flat rate if story is less than 1500 words.)
$5 for every 500 words after
