That's one friendly and helpful hyena... I thought of Lion King also, though in LK hyenas and lions certainly don't mix. Nice little word play on the title, BTW.
It's funny to see how Kalin is discomforted by Sano running around, though realistic (for a certain values of realistic) :-) Perhaps they could swap places at some point, if my memory serves me right hyenas supposedly have the most voluminous stomachs (in relation to body size) of all mammals.
"Spotted hyenas can consume at least 14.5 kg at a meal, up to a third of their own body weight, which is an exceptionally high figure for mammals."
(I was assuming Kalin would be a spotted hyena) Culled from Wikipedia, oops, it only says they consume an 'exceptional' amount of food on one sitting. So perhaps not the most voluminous stomach but close.
