I like how she starts to become obsessed with eating people once she learns how, that's a theme I use in my works frequently as well.

It's kinda obvious it would happen. Even if Jaime tries to be a "good" Vore, she's still a Vore. Eating people is part of her nature. Denying it would be odd, as it is part of her.
