Very good story. Very fun to see how Nashawa's life continued after she ate Etiene. And fun to see how Camile enjoyed her snack, but never thought of him beyond the little tidbit he represented to her.
Always very fun to see how the snack-a-boys are enjoyed and digested, and disposed of afterwards.
I personally hope to see more of this. To see what Nashawa is going to do. See if perhaps any other snack-a-boys make 'other' choices about what their fate is to be.
Or see if perhaps some of these girl's other friends show up, with different thoughts as to what those snack-a-boys are for (and perhaps sneak one out, if given the chance. Or maybe one of their friends' daughters do that instead).
Always love your vorish stories. Glad to see another of this series!

really good story, entertaining and explaining at the same time. i have wondered how snakapeople have names and all that styff if theyre meant to be eaten.
so the explanation of lucky ones and unlucky ones was interesting. but why having lucky ones?

what do you mean by organic farming? i mean, why having lucky ones that can "think" and be depressed, or get insane... i doubt that makes them healthier. id rather be one of the "unlucky" ones, that are intelligent but dont know how to talk, or "think". i know your stories wouldnt be the same without "lucky ones" and all that, but have you managed to make up an explanation? -i dont want to mess up your snackaboy world, im just curious-

Simple: Those who are "farmed" in little villages tend to be healthier than those farmed in ghastly industrial conditions. It also means they can be sold for a greater price - like any organic food.

Je ressens une menace du côté des industriels, qui ne voudraient certainement pas voir un reportage sur les gentils "snackabios" sauvés par les âmes charitables de ton histoire. Devant de tels intérêts en jeu, ne vont ils pas réagir ?

Still another story full of kind and gentle people!
Camile's digestion was certainly sexy. I found myself hoping that the crowd of little people would all simultaneously demand to be eaten, but keeping them unwilling sets up a nice conflict for this world that can provide good drama later and certainly increases the guilt that Nashwa feels. And yet I couldn't help but wonder if maybe she was thinking, "Hmm, I liked etienne, but he felt good in my tummy, maybe I'd like another!"
-And, was the "Fabien" here the same one from the previous Snackaboy story?
