Well, this was a neat story. Don't see this kind of combination... well, ever. Even though I ussually don't like m/m I liked this story, but I guess it's not really m/m.
And since I've studied gender and sexual identity in college, I'd just thought I'd ramble on for a bit.
Technically, sex and gender are two different things. Sex is the biological identification of a person and gender is the psychological identification. So while biologically speaking, a vagina and womb would be more important than breasts in sex identification(considering that both men and women have boobs, just ussually girls have more pronounced ones) making Rickie's sex female, his gender would be male since he psychologically believes himself to be male.
But enough of my ramblings. Nice job.

Wow!! do not know how I mised this, I have alwyas loved the concept of "Cuntboys" And I mostly love them from a 'role reversal' viewpoint.. I love things that turn tables, and a Masculine Cuntboy is pretty high up the list! not sure if you are still active but would LOVE more like this!!!
