Fun fact: We get the phrase "Lullaby" from the latin phrase "Lilith abi", or away, Lilith, since she (The first succubus, I believe,) used to kidnap children, so parents would say stuff like that before their kids went to sleep, and has changed obviously over the years to what it is today. XD

The Clause was probably "To fulfill all of Jade's needs." Which she just did. She just Filled Jade's womb, making all her "open" possessions completely Full.
