Presenting a relatively quick sketch of a hapless scantily-clad girl getting nommed ;3
What the poor girl was doing there undressed like that, I don't know =w= But she does help demonstrate how her plant-predator works its prey down~ ^W^
The lucky victim is first snatched by tentacles coming from the back of the mouth, and dragged, usually head-first towards said maw. Then, after being swallowed whole and wormed down its long tight stem, the prey will arrive at its final resting place, within one of the pod-roots ♥
The extraordinarily tight pod combined with the pressure from the soil around it leaves the plant's victims hopelessly immobilized, barely being able to even squirm :3
And note that this plant is not picky of its victim's gender, as you might observe bottom-left. I leave it to you to imagine who that is~ ;)
This pic is the result of my place as a certain someone's art-slave, and she loves plant-vore ^___^ I hope you like! :D

Lol, 'one well fed plant. And as to the whole 'what she was doing out there naked' does it matter, even if she had been clothed she still would have been plant food XD as lovely looking as she is

Awesome! Very, very nice, Scaylid00d. Although the guy would not have been necessary. ;) But I appreciate your personal input here, so it's fine too, in the end.
And horray for you being someone's art-slave. My best wishes for her. If it helps you to draw better, I will sponsor some nipple clamps (including a small chain for tugging).
Anyways, just to say it again: Well done. I like the overall body built of your women, and the stockings are a nice little extra.

As for the clamps.. O: I'm actually gonna order me some of those soon...! >3<
And the emotes are text-based little face thingies ^o^U Like for instance the V's are closed eyes, the slashes are blush, and the semi-colon is one of those anime beads of sweat one sees on occasion :D

So how long would digestion take and once it got to a certain point would the weight of the soil collapse the pod partly?

Hopefully not :D I like to think the plant is very hardy in its build. And, since it's a plant, I prefer the digestion to be niiiicce and sloooow <3

Possibly a week, maybe more. I imagine that plants take their time, turning their prey into rich, nutritious, nitrogen-rich fertilizer o///o
