When you ask how big she is, thats hard to answer. Think of The Mother like a blob that can mode and shape her body to however she pleases (most times looking like sexy model) and that no matter how large her body mass is, she can maintain that smaller form. I mean in her homeworld, there are acres of land for people to inhabit, but everywhere you step, your walking on The Mother's body. The Mother herself is about the size of a fully grown woman, but her 'body' is only limited by how much she eats/absorbs.
I guess the easiest way I can explain it is that in The Mother's home, her body sits and forms a world that people can be drawn on to. On the world The Mother can form anything and reform anything she's eaten for her own purposes. Her bodies that she uses when she takes form are just bodies of shamblers she takes over and reshapes to the way she wants to look. Those bodies can also be Daughters and Queens. The bodies themselves can detach from The Mother's main body and go out to hunt more food, and The Mother's mind or presence (soul whatever) will sometimes take an active role in the hunt. But to answer your question, The Mother's womb is apart of the body she is currently inhabiting, but at the same time, when in her homeworld, The Mother could form a feild of pussies connected to wombs and use the to store/tame people she has collected from ther worlds.
