Mario took a look at the x-ray. He then looked at the Toad sitting in front of him and then back at the x-ray once more. Dr. Mario looked at the Toad once more.
"Well?"
"I-I didn't see him there!" The Toad hastily defended.
"I won't tell." Mario sighed. "Next time, when your friend takes a Mini Shroom, you should not ingest any other plants."
The Toad blushed. Mario put on a surgical glove.
"Why did you put another pair of gloves over your own gloves?"
"Because this is not going to be pleasant for either of us. Alright, bend over and cough."

"Mario...um, Doctor Mario? Am I late?" Princess Peach, or rather Nurse Peach, stepped in, wearing a nurse's uniform with a short skirt. Doctor Mario grunted, turning off the sink as he put on a pair of clean gloves.
"Ah, Peach, glad you can make it." Mario was packing a few things in a traveling bag that has seen better days. "I have a house call that may be serious."
Peach blinked. Did Mario just ask her to look after a job he usually takes care of? "Who's the patient?"
"Bowser." Mario held up a hand. "His kids came down with a illness that his Magikoopas aren't able to heal. He really sounded worried."
"Huh, so that's why we haven't heard from him." Peach looked concerned. "What if it's a trap?"
"Then I'll still go. I'll be worse than him if I didn't help him, and besides, he did help us even if he won't admit it." Mario snapped the bag shut. "Besides, I know you practiced medicine as much as I did. I know you can take care of things while I'm gone."
"Alright, be careful Mario." Peach gave him a peck on the nose. Mario swooned as he picked up the bag and left with a wave.

"Bye, sweetie." Nurse, er, Doctor Peach waved as a child Toad left with his mother, licking a lollipop. So far, the day had been slow, with only a few patients here and there. There seemed to be a few Toads coming in that had the runs, but after taking a look at Peach, they either left without a word or asked for laxatives.
Seeing the sun set, Peach was about to close the door when a Toad came running in. Or rather, he had been leading a Yoshi on a leash. Peach noted that the Yoshi was a white color, though it seemed more pale.
The Toad looked around. "Nurse Peach? Where's Doctor Mario?"
"He took a house call from the Dark Lands." Peach couldn't blame the little guy for shivering. After all, that's where Bowser lives.
The Toad gulped, but he shook his head. "Anyway, I found this white Yoshi eating and hurling Goombas. I was able to get him to drink my milkshake, but he just refuses to take anything solid."
Peach petted the Yoshi. The Yoshi looked back with its blue eyes. "Don't worry, I'll take good care of him. Now, I need you to go to the castle and tell Toadsworth I'll be covering for Dr. Mario."
The Toad nodded and left as quickly as he came. Peach looked at the Yoshi one more time before she locked the door and led it to one of the back rooms. She went into the cabinet and frowned as there seemed to be some missing bottles. "Oh my. We're out of the liquid laxatives. What else can I use?"
Not finding the laxative pills either, Peach searched around until she found a Green Mushroom. "Alright, say 'ah'..."
The Yoshi took a look at the mushroom and snorted. Peach mentally slapped herself for forgetting that little tidbit and then had an idea. "Well, Mario said pills could be taken that way..."
The Yoshi paided no attention to the nurse as she went behind it. Lifting its tail just a bit, she quickly shoved the Shroom into its rear. The Yoshi didn't even buck, not that Peach could tell that the Yoshi was pleased. "Hm...feeling better?"
The white Yoshi sniffed at the snacks but turned away. "I guess not...Let me take that out."
As Peach reached in, she felt something hard. "An egg?"
No, it was small. As Peach pulled the egg out, it took her a while to realize it wasn't an egg. It took a while for Peach to figure out that it was a mushroom. However, this mushroom was very hard and was white. Actually, the egg was white with white spots, but one really needed to have a good eye for it.

"Huh, so the reason you can't eat anything is because you can't make proper eggs." The Yoshi nodded. "Alright, I'm going to see what's wrong."
Peach took a deep breath as she tried to find the Yoshi's rear hole with her fingers. She then pushed in and eased her arm further in. The tunnel felt so slimy yet loose. After trying to feel for any oddities, she lost feeling in her arm. Peach pulled it out to see her arm encased in white. Peach knocked on it, shattering the egg shell.
"That's good to know..." Peach looked at the Yoshi's ass again. "You can push me out, right? I need to go in deeper..."
After getting a nod from the Yoshi, Peach took another look at the Mushroom Egg. She slammed it against the table, freeing the Mushroom, then she looked at it and the Yoshi.
"Alright, I can do this." Well, she couldn't really eat it (after where she put it), so she took off her panty and pushed the large mushroom up her ass. After it popped in, she could feel its powers flowing into her.
Peach then decided to take off the rest of her clothes and place them on a folded pile (so she wouldn't get them dirty). She found some lube and applied it all over her body, then she crotched down and took one last look at the Yoshi.
Peach pushed both arms in, then her head. She tried to move her arms down to push further, but she found herself sliding in. Surprised, she became aware of her world as she quickly stopped in a sack. It was the Yoshi's stomach, or at least she thinks it is. A lot of lore says there should be acid in here. Instead, it was empty except for her.
"Um, can you hear me?" Peach gently pushed on the stomach walls. "I think you should let me out..."
Peach could feel something patting from the outside. She noticed that everything was turning white. In a few seconds, she'll end up like the mushroom she pushed in. And she was naked...
Peach blushed at what she would most likely be if she was let out. A statue in a fetal position, naked as the day she was born. Would anyone know all she needed to escape from that white prison was a crack? Or would she be kept, displayed as a trophy?
Soon, she could not move, though she did try to struggle. She felt a tightness around her body, and then it relaxed only a little. The Yoshi must have pushed her out, though it doesn't seem to be doing anything else to help her. She couldn't even rock back and forth.
Peach wondered how long it had been and how much longer it would take for someone to check up on her. She wondered if the mushroom in her worked at all.
'And I still haven't found the source of its problem...'

The first part, or the only part, about Yoshi anal vore. It surprises me there is no Yoshi anal vore readily available.

It's not *too* surprising about the lack of anal vore with a yoshi, considering how they attack is via the mouth with a long tongue.
That being said, this was a really interesting idea. I LOVE the idea for the setting of this, and the subject matter was good too. It's rare to see almost a kind of petrification mixed in with vore, and I like seeing new things. My only complaint would be that it wasn't detailed enough, but with how good you made the setting, this is very easily overlooked.
Basically, I love the idea of this setting, and would love to see more in the same setting. :)
