I’d say this is Mercury, Roman mythology’s counterpart messenger; that is its planetary symbol on the brooch. =D
Oh. I never knew that Mercury's symbol looked so similar to the female symbol. I didn't know that planets had symbols at all!

The yellow and brown tones go well on the sky blue background, and the sense of motion here works well. It certainly does give the impression of having to juggle messages. :)

And just if you wanted to know, the female symbol is the plant Venus; the male symbol is Mars.

"Facebook" is the firs thing that comes to mind.
