A short story that serves as a prequel to my Home Again story. Brynn and Bethany are still teens and we haven't discovered Brynn's talent. This is just a day in the life type incident for a family where the father regularly eats everyone else.

Hmm...I don't like to be discouraging or anything, but this one feels like it's missing a point.
Actually it feels a lot of my forced chapters that I find myself elbowing through in order to progress the story... though I'm not sure if this one really moved the story forwards. I get the feeling this isn't the end of it though, so perhaps it does?
