I like this idea, and I'm curious as to what it would be like trying to raise a demon in human form, even if the story wouldn't be terribly likely to have much additional unbirth or vore material in it. I get the feeling that demons in this setting are less evil than just alien, but I don't think the demons promise of no harm had an expiration on it, so unless the demon considers itself to be a different being after it's birth, she should still be safe. Also, I think it would be interesting if the pregnancy were extended / delayed to last until the year and a day were up, so that she would have the demons power for the whole duration. It just makes sense to me that when the demon leaves her body, that's when the powers leave to, even if it's not a limitation the demon is actually bound by.
