Wait...scanning...did you try to replicate a real mouthful of teeth (particularly human)? It's just that every tooth is angled slightly different (the crowns are a big give away), and the nonuniform shape is uppsetting to the human mind. Now that I think about it, the structure of the canines don't seem to carry to the other side of the mouth (see canines in 3rd pannel; though, they both are there, they aren't well defined), and they dissappear completely in pannels 5 and 6. Speaking of structure, in pannels 5 and 6 the teeth on our right side are much taller than the ones on the left (I know it's supposed to potray perspective, but they just completely change shape, and it's easy to tell if your looking for it). Now that I look at it, the incisors are vertually nonexistent; they've been replaced by bicuspids! Of course that's just a slightly more technical complaint, and deals mostly with the upper jaw (seeing as you didn't give us a good view of the lower one).
It looks pretty good otherwise. Just a bunch of cute little teeth (seriously, how did you manage to make the teeth individually look cute?)
As a side note, did you draw panels 5 and 6 seperately? I only noticed when I strained myself looking for details! ¡Bien hecho!

I had to do some research on the tooth names, but it's not all that hard to remember. Either way, unless you play hocky, chewed tabbaco 20 years ago, or were in a war, you probably have all the teeth you need for refrence right in your own mouth! Just find a mirror and study it!
And details are details, "can't live with 'em; can't live without 'em"
As a side note, it was yesterday that I realized that the structure of a human mouth Is actually really cool (and I don't mean sexy either). The way they line up is a OCD diagnosed person's dream! pretty even and symetrical.
Well, it makes you want to correct the mistake in future works, huh? Look into my crystal ball, and realize your passion to correct this mistake in your future work. Look at it!
Well, as far as it goes right now, Ratchet isn't even going to be digested, so unless GTSdev decides to change his mind on that, it's probably going to stay as non fatal vore.
