You pull her back quickly and scoot your thighs under her to throw her off-balance, then grab a leg and shove it down your throat.
Before you can grab the other one, though, the cat regains her balance and focus, and she bites you on the nose and uses her remaining claws to scratch your chest. You're pretty sure she was going for your neck, but she missed. You're going to have to make sure she doesn't get another chance.
...For some reason, you forgot how much damage cats can do. But hey. Struggling meal, right?

Eat the head and smack her one is good.... THough I think it would be good to eat her head and restrain that one free foot. Its got claws that can really really hurt.... So its a toughh one, we need to do something about the leg and head, Though I dun think she gonna let go......
Therefore it may be best to Smack her one, but its a bit vaige, so here is my idea.
Basically it is to use sicks weight and slam her into the ground hard, or slam her head into the wall hard. This should stun and allow us to eat her. Its the best way to disable both her leg and head in one go.
So mine is to smack her one, by first making her think we stopping before slamming her hard to the ground or all.

Smacking a cat doesn't end well, unless we have confidence we could knock her out. I'd say force down the other leg. I'd have to say eat her head. She may get lucky with her other foot if we try that. Besides, won't this be an awkward position to eat her in.

I disagree, you don't have to knock her out, just stun her.
There are two major threats in this case. Bite and claw. The only option to take care of both is smacking her. So I vote,

In this position, I doubt we've got enough leverage to hit her hard enough to stun her, particularly since she's on an adrenaline rush at this stage. Unless Sickhouse has superhuman strength, which I doubt. So, my vote, is to eat her head. Realized I had a small comment derp that might confuse my vote in the last one.

Eat her head and make sure to grab that other leg which is her only way of defense after you gulp her head and ruin her chance to see where she is scratching, not that it will matter your hands will be free to grab that leg.

Hmm... thinking of this logically.... If you eat her head that claw can still get you, but if you take the claw she ca still bite.
Which is worse? I'd say the claw is worse, so stuff that other leg down!!!

Wow...this is actually a very tough call.
I'll go ahead and rule out letting her go right at the start, I think this encounter has gone a bit too far for Sick to just relent and apologize and not expect some rebuttal.
Smacking her, while potentially-disoriented, doesn't really improve your actual position at all, and now that she has her senses back, Kato will likely be ready to try and counter, plus it would mean releasing your grip on her.
Hmm...

Not only for blinding her, but getting her head in also stops the biting, and ensures that she can't try to pull a reverse-eating on you. Yes, it leaves her other leg exposed still, but she just showed that it's a struggle for her to reach your neck, and getting her head in also means it's easier to get her arms further down and that'll make it even harder for her to get her other leg enough to make a meaningful counter. You may incur some more scratches, but in the long run I think this is the most effective option.

I totally agree with you. that the correct option. because if we, not, if SHE (pred) eats his head, she (prey) will not be able to use his claws. ¿the reason? his arms will be constantly pushed, and that will give to the pred enough time to eat her.

I've been playing a lot of xcom and I find that when you deal with all of the threats, not just some of the threats, you eliminate all risk.
That being said, I am actually terrible at Xcom.

For what it's worth, I've been making choices under the assumption that once someone gets into Sickhouse's stomach, they're essentially done unless we as the players choose to seek out someone else that could potentially pull her out.
I mean, the rules as you've described for Sickhouse basically say that if she gets eaten, she's done, so I hope we're given some sort of idea beforehand if this turns out not to be the case with other prey.
