Whelp, she hasn't been digested yet. And if they're good enough friends to where the other girl would be willing to travel in the centaur's gut, then I'm certain the centaur wouldn't just up and digest her.

A number of creatures have odd anatomy leaving them unable to vomit. I didn't know horses were one of them! being a centaur, I'm not sure she counts as a horse though...

I hope we see more of these two characters. Have you given them any names? Also, if the girl didn't have any trouble fitting down the throat, I doubt she'd have any trouble fitting through the intestines - except for the bends, of course.
