Okay, all things considered, the odds aren't in his favor (seeing as how he's not the main character :p ), but I'm guessing Sophie bit off a bit more than she could chew at this point. It's an interesting situation... I'm curious to see where it leads.
Aaaand if I might offer one quick bit of constructive criticism, the sword point in panel 3 is more than a little redundant. I think the page might have worked better without it (making the fourth panel a sort of 'reveal', pacing-wise).

What, has she not fought knights before? Although, knights typically have the much heavier and much slower double edged braod sword, while this appears to be a lightweight japanese style katana. So I can understand her fear. Escelation level...7.775
