In all actuality a horn is a lot like a tooth in a sense so if that is true. Omega would a five star dentist if she could remove horn without making a tear or rip.XD
Depends on the horn. Most horns are bone extensions covered in a sheath. IE: integral to the skull. Some are socketed, like deer antlers. (Those fall off and regrow each year).
In this case though... You'll have to find and ask the evil doe how she did it.
