I think she is and that's what she's about to say. I think the first stomach is for safe keeping like she says "The 1st, which you're in, where I keep beautiful woman like you" while the second one is for digestion.

Well to be fair she hasn't actually said that yet. The closest thing she said to that was "both of you have many months ahead to enjoy my stomachs" which could have just meant Rika in the stomach and the other girl in the 2nd one. Rika is also stated to be only 3 months pregnant so she would have to spend a quite a while inside Melinda before the baby is born.
